1. If by this you mean that you used the Twine 2.x application's Publish to File option to generate a story HTML file from your project, then that is the file you would give to any person that you wanted to 'play' it.

2. If by "share it" you actually mean you want those other people to be able to edit your project then that is more complex to achieve because the Twine 2.z application isn't designed to allow multiple people to work on (edit) the same project. Is this what you meant?
